Chennels is a small charity in Dorking currently acting as a holding company of six acres of land. Lorica Learning Disabilities has been asked by the Trustees to facilitate the redevelopment of the site into a home for young adults with learning disabilities. Lorica Learning Disabilities will act as both the development and management agents for the site.

Lorica Learning Disabilities is currently negotiating with Social Services and parents local to Dorking over the specification of any service or buildings to be developed.
