The Lorica Community Partnership was established with two key objectives in mind:

Firstly…
To share our experience and skill in the development of church buildings for community use with other churches and local communities following the successful £2 million re-development of the St Patrick’s Church, Hove.

Secondly…
To design, building, finance and operate church based community projects based on the principles of partnership working.

Over the past seven years a number of church developments have been successfully supported - the development of church buildings is a long and complex process involving project management, income generation, change management, planning consent, faculty consent, consultation, networking and much more.

The knowledge and skills base combined with the ability to secure the necessary finances are the unique aspects of Lorica Community Partnership.
