Making a Will is the only way that you have control over what happens to your property and possessions after your death. Having a Will can also mean that Inheritance Tax on your estate is reduced or even eliminated. One excellent way to do this is to leave a legacy to a charity in your Will, as charitable gifts are free from tax.

Legacies help the St Patrick's Trust to plan ahead and therefore enable projects to be undertaken that would otherwise be impossible to consider. Essential as legacies are to the Trust’s future, they do not have to be large in order to help. More than half of the legacies we receive are for sums less than £1,000. We could not do without them.
