Move-on Housing is a vital lifeline, enabling progression from the central Hostel and Nightshelter, or referred from other agencies. The accommodation (19 units in total) is located within easy reach of the Lorica St Patrick’s base, affording ongoing support, as it is needed, to those who are at the stage where they feel able to cope with the everyday challenges that long-term housing brings. This phase of our plan will be extended in future years.

The Trust’s over-arching aim is to enable our residents to make the final move to full independence; a place of their own, hopefully with the confidence, courage and skills needed to stay safely off the streets for good.
