Volunteering
Lorica St Patrick's

At Lorica St Patrick’s we use volunteers throughout the year.  Our volunteers offer a great deal of support to our permanent team and to the residents, and gain valuable experience and skills in the process.

We mostly use volunteers on our 24 hour reception desk to deal with queries from our residents, be a listening ear and assist the Project Worker team.  We also use volunteers to assist with cooking the evening meal and in administrative tasks.

If you would like to volunteer your time, the first step is to complete a volunteer application form and a rehabilitation of offenders form, returning them to us. If your available hours match our current vacancies we will then contact you and ask you to attend a brief informal interview with the Project Worker Team Leader.  This is an opportunity for both parties to get to know each other and to find out how your skills and talents can be used to best effect.

Completed applications should be returned to the address below.  If you require any further information about volunteering please contact Sallie Quinlan, the HR Manager.
